What Else Can You Do with a Baby Footprint?
The use of baby footprint images goes far beyond simple stationery.  Once the new little one in your life has arrived, why not make t-shirts for the brothers and sisters or even your relatives!  Inkjet transfer paper makes it easy.  Scan in a photo of the new arrival.  Then use a graphics program to embellish the picture by adding a border of little handprints or footprints.  Iron on your design and you have specially-designed shirts for your family members.  These shirts are also great gifts for siblings. Just make sure to include a phrase on your design like, “I’m the big brother” or “Proud to be the big sister.”  If you don't already have a graphics program, there is an excellent open source program called Gimp which is therefore free to use and download.  It is available for use in Windows as well as other operating systems.
